Hi! I’m Diana. And I’ll be your instructor for each class. Born and raised in sunny California, I always had an appreciation for dance and fitness. Though I have a background in cheerleading and the performing arts, I always had a secret desire to do ballet. From my first barre class I was hooked! I love the combination of Ballet and Pilates. And of course the AMAZING Music! As a mother of two little ones, barre soon became my sweet escape. Allowing me time to re-focus my mind and re-discover my body. I love teaching because it allows me to share the fun and femininity of this amazing workout. I truly believe that if a workout is fun, you’re more likely to do it. My goal is to give you a 50- minute class that will leave you feeling leaner, stronger and ready to take on the day!
