What are your astroturf pitch prices?

Our pitch prices vary as we have different pitches and sizes. Our prices start at €70 per hour with discounts available for students or regular bookings. For more information, see our astroturf page.

Where are you located?

We are located at Delta Retail Park, just off the Ballysimon Road on the eastern side of Limerick City. If you are looking for directions of further information on our location, see a map of our location on our contact page.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

We do not currently offer gift vouchers. Some services that operate with Delta Sports Dome may offer gift vouchers. Please ensure directly with them to check availability.

Can you pay for a class in advance?

You can book and pay for your classes in advance via our online booking system, Bookwhen. Check out our Bookings page to book your place today to avoid disappointment.

Making a Booking, Class Packs, and more…

Trouble filling out the booking form? Perhaps you’ve received a coupon code and wondering where to use it? The following are a list of questions and answers to the most common questions received.

How do I sign in?

You can sign in by clicking on Manage Bookings at the top of each page and entering your email and password.

I've forgotten my password. How do I recover my password?

We have a “Forgot Password?” option on our Manage Bookings page. Click “Forgot Password?” and enter the email address of your account and click “Send” to receive a password reset link via mail.

Please note: It may take up to 2 minutes to receive the email. If after 2 minutes you have not received a password reset link, please call us on 061-444455.

How do I make a booking?

You can make a booking by clicking the BOOK NOW link located at the top of every page.

I can't find the service I want to book?

Every service offering we have, available to book online, is within the dropdown menu on the BOOK NOW page. Simply click the dropdown menu labelled “Service:” and you will find a list of all available services to book.

I've selected the service I want to book, now what?

After you have selected the service you wish to book, you will be presented with a calendar of available dates and times. Click on an available date (highlighted in white) and you will see the time(s) available for that particular date. Select your desired time and click Continue.

What information do I need to input during booking?

These are subject to change with ongoing revision to our health and safety guidelines and operating procedures:

– COVID Guidelines require that we ask certain questions during the booking process

I've purchased a Class Pack. How do I redeem the uses?

Class Packs are associated directly with the email address (the “Account”) used to purchase the initial Class Pack. Ensure you are signed in to the account that was used to purchase the Class Pack and proceed to make a booking. If you have remaining uses on your Class Pack, it will be displayed during the booking process (when you are entering your Emergency Contact information), and the option to pay by Credit Card will have disappeared. Instead, replaced with “Discount: Class Pass”. To complete the booking, click Confirm at the bottom.

I've purchased a Class Pack for a friend or family member, as a gift. How can they use it?

Unfortunately, we do not support the gifting of Class Packs, as they are for individual use only and are directly associated with the customer’s email address used when purchasing the initial Class Pack. If you have purchased a Class Pack as a gift for someone else, and have no intention of using it yourself – please give us a call on 061-444455 and we will swap the Class Pack over to your designated friend or family member.

How do I use my coupon code?

When you are filling out the booking form, before you click Confirm; there is an option to Add Coupon. Please enter your coupon code here and click the tick to verify that the coupon is valid.

I've entered my coupon, but it says "The coupon you entered is not valid"

A coupon code consists of letters and number. If you are entering just numbers, it is very likely that you are not entering a correct coupon code (i.e. you may be entering your #Order Number received by email by accident. Order numbers are not coupon codes, they are simply an incremental number used as a unique identifier for your reference and our accounts).

If you were given a coupon code by a member of our staff and this message has appeared for you, please ensure you are typing the code correctly. If you are certain that the code is typed correctly and are still getting this message, you may have reached the coupon’s usage limit (i.e. can only be used 5 or 10 times).

If you are trying to use this coupon field to redeem your Class Pack: This is not the field to redeem a Class Pack. Class Pack’s are redeemed automatically on the account that purchased the pack. See FAQ above for more information.
