I treat all kinds of soft tissue injuries through physical hands on therapy, Myofascial Release and Fascial Stretch Therapy (a table based assisted 3d functional stretching with a difference.

My Aim – To help people suffering from pain, stiffness, loss of function or range of motion, including work related postural problems.

For those whose passion it is to explore movement potential through sport, dance, yoga, martial arts etc. I enjoy working to improve and fine tune performance.

My goal is to shorten recovery time from injury or lack of mobility allowing you to continue doing what you love and excel in your goals.

I have been practicing since 2001 and draw on many different modalities through training internationally. I am always available by phone to discuss any queries or issues you may have.

60mins treatment: €60

Special Rate:
Sports Clubs: €50/hr

When faced with the sort of press reports we are hearing regarding the Corona Virus there is a danger of allowing fear to take over.
Even if we feel strong ourselves, we all have loved ones that for what ever reason, may be more vulnerable.

What we can do is remember the pillars of lifestyle health and do our best to up hold them,
By this I mean :-

Good Restful Sleep - Regular times if possible, less screen time in the evenings with blue light.

Nutrition - fresh living foods, eat the colours of the rainbow in fruits and vegetables.

Stress Management - As stress lowers your immune system so moments of calm breathing and self awareness will promote a stronger immune response.

Movement and fresh air

Supplement with addition Vitamin C and Zinc.

My go to breakfast through the winter is one grapefruit and three oranges peeled and as much root ginger as you can handle into a liquidiser with filtered water and blitz

Remember that much of what we stress over is not necessary.
