Unfortunately due to the full lockdown our gym is now closed for 2 weeks!

To continue with your current plan at home (which we strongly advise while you have momentum), please email me directly david@system10.ie and I will send you your next food plans.

I will also advise you on the ideal home cardio and toning to work best with our food plans for maximum results!

You should weigh every Monday and Friday morning at home, aiming for 1 lb between each weight check = 2 lbs weekly!

Monday 9am to 11.30am and 5pm to 7.30pm
Wednesday 9am to 11.30am and 5pm to 7.30pm

No early morning classes, so early morning clients are welcome to come during these opening hours above!

It is critical to keep momentum in your weight loss during these tough times! It would be so easy to pile on the weight!

We are focused on clients WEIGHING, collecting next FOOD PLANS and exercising from home BUT you are welcome to exercise at the gym during those hours above if you wish.

NEW JOINERS - don't forget that we will continue to offer 6 and 10 week CLINIC weight loss plans during these tough times. A clinic plan means you call to weigh once weekly (this anchors the whole plan), collect your food plans and exercise from home. Exercise is typically 4 x 2 miles brisk walks weekly. Dear member

In light of recent national events surrounding Covid19, I would like to reassure everyone that we at System 10 Gym are doing everything in our power to ensure that we continue to provide and share a clean, hygienic gym, along with healthy workforce and customers.

We had professional hygiene specialists SANDODRF in the building yesterday & previously and who will continue to sanitize all areas.

We need to avoid our traditional handshakes and avoid use of hand palms on doors in general.

We must insist on all members that you clean all HANDLES on equipment with disinfectant after use. Staff will also follow this with regular top ups, before, during and after shifts.

It is business as normal for us, however you can also call in just for food plans and weigh-ins and do home based exercise if you prefer.
